Our Growth and Strategic Packages include regular 1-on-1 sessions with your key point of contact, and we are flexible to accommodate your preferred communication method.

Foundation

Our Foundation package provides up to 2 hours of essential HR support each month, ensuring you get the basics

nailed. Leveraging our industry expertise, we offer expert HR advice, ready-to-use templates, a comprehensive policy template

deck, access to our new starter pack documents and a review with

suggested updates for your existing contracts.

Growth

Our Growth package includes everything in our Foundation package, plus additional features specifically designed to support growing businesses. Offering up to 4 hours per month of support. Key benefits include leadership and line management support, absence management, bespoke creation and drafting of letters and documents, policy and handbook reviews, salary and benefits benchmarking, and people data analysis for board or investor reports.

Strategic

Our Strategic package is designed for established companies looking to drive long-term success through people-first strategies. This package includes up to 8 hours per month of support. This option includes everything in our Growth offering, plus advanced support such as leadership coaching, organisational design, workforce planning, and cultural transformation to align your people strategy with business goals and future growth.

Pricing

Unlike some providers, we don’t tie clients into long contracts. With our retainer packages, you can cancel with only one month’s notice after the first six months if you feel the service is not right for you.

Similarly, we don’t automatically renew as many providers do – we discuss if the service is right
for you, and if you want to renew at that point.  Our monthly retainer fees are set as follows:

Foundation: Starting From £249* (plus VAT)

Growth: Starting From £475* (plus VAT)

Strategic: Starting From £960* (plus VAT)
