emotionally intelligent, and comfortable advising on complex employee relations, as well as tackling

strategic projects while keeping things practical, human and grounded. You will know how to be

playful with HR, OD or training concepts and be open to creating content that’s translatable by

the industry and sets the tone for best practice.

You might:

1. Have solid generalist HR experience, with depth in areas like OD, coaching, or culture
2. Have worked with creative or values-led businesses
3. Be calm under pressure, good with ambiguity, and strong on people dynamics
4. Know how to build trust quickly and hold a mirror up (with empathy) when needed

This is freelance, associate-style work – sometimes it’s short and sharp, occasionally longer-term

and strategic. We’re not building a database; we’re building future ongoing relationships with
